Engineer Henrik West
Henrik West specialises in old school, analog soulfunk sound, jazz improvisations, recording of acoustic instruments and complex crossover styles.
As a highly educated musician, an experienced engineer and skilled producer, Henrik is fluent in most music genres, and therefore teaches the next generation of sound engineers.
Besides being a accomplished bass player, Henrik also plays guitar, piano, drums and programs beats. He reads and writes music from simple leadsheets to full orchestral scores.
Henrik has worked with: James Blunt, The Blue Van, L.O.C., Bliss, Copenhagen Phil, Thorbjørn Riisager & the Black Tornado, Body Rhythm Factory, The Sandmen, Copenhagen Cello Quartet, Live Strings, Rocqawali among others.
